This website is your best option for competitive Warhammer 40k information, bar none. The folks at Art of War 40k are insightful, helpful, engaging with war room members, and are striving to improve an already great service every single day. The only reason they don’t get a perfect score is because their current site (soon to be a new one as I understand) is not super easy to navigate, though it has a search function that works well and helpful folks on discord to point you in the right direction. As soon as you sort out how to find the substantive content you’re looking for, the sky is the limit here. While the price could always be lower, you’re getting way more value for you money here than you likely could get anywhere else. If you’re trying to efficiently absorb information and gain competitive wisdom with less time investment than learning the hard way, this service is well worth your money.

OK so I have been an AOW member for sometime now and I love it. The amount of content these guys put out is crazy. I would also recommend joining their discord server as that is another place to get 40k knowledge.
I have 5 different factions now and remembering rules and tricks for them all is difficult at the best of times. Before swapping factions I go onto AOW and study up by listening to the podcasts and watching the correct videos.
I can’t recommend these guys enough the member is a good price and you get value for money
